Our approach

A focused route from configuration to production

Cradelle begins with one modular sofa family: four starting configurations, three widths and three selected fabric directions. The focused range keeps the physical choices visible and comparable.

Before production, a person reviews the room, setup, width and fabric with you. Timing, delivery scope and the final cost are then recorded in the proposal.

A focused route

How we keep the choice clear

  • Edited, not endless

Four starting configurations, three widths and three fabric directions create enough room to choose without hiding the decision inside an endless catalogue.

  • Made to order in Portugal

Each sofa is made to order in Portugal after the setup, width, fabric, timing and delivery scope have been reviewed and confirmed.

  • Human help

A consultation connects the sofa to the actual room, so configuration, width and fabric can be discussed before production begins.

Made to order

A clear four-step process

  1. Consultation

Share the room, the starting setup and the fabrics you are considering.

  2. Confirmation

A proposal confirms the selection, timing and delivery details before production.

  3. Production in Portugal

Once confirmed, your Vellum Lowform is made to order in Portugal.

  4. Delivery planning

Delivery timing and practical details are agreed in the proposal for your configuration.
